Our distinguished board chair Mr. Michael B. Bull a proven policy and project analyst holds a BA Degree in Business Administration from Allen University (a Historic Black University) in Columbia, South Carolina, U.S.A., and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with an emphasis in Public Policy from Strayer University, Washington D.C., USA. Mr. Bull served as a Project Manager with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) between 2000-2021. In 2002-2006, he worked with the Refugees Resettlement and Immigration Service of Atlanta (RRISA), as Case Manager. For the love of country, he returned to Liberia in 2012 and worked with the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance as a consultant and later served as a consultant to establish the Project Management Office at the Ministry of Finance in 2013.
Mr. Bull was designated and served as a member of the Committee on Restructuring the Government Wage Bill. His technical expertise was utilized when the Committee on Government Fleet Management and Control System was designated to regulate vehicle monitoring at the General Services Agency (GSA). He co-authored the NATIONAL ACTION PLAN AND STRATEGY TO COMBAT TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS IN LIBERIA, in 2013 and later inaugurated in 2014, through the Ministry of Labor. He served as Managing Director of the Medicare Insurance Corporation, one of Liberia’s renowned Insurance Corporations. He’s the former President of the Mount Nebo Baptist Church Fellowship of North America, a 501(C3) registered non-profit organization. In October 2009 he was ordained as Deacon at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA. With a passion for music and singing, Mr. Bull recorded his debut Liberian Gospel CD entitled Liberia Shall Rise Again, in 2010. He currently serves as President of the United Bassa Association of Georgia, a 501(C3) registered non-profit organization, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the BWI Class of 1987 Incorporated, and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Galilee International Church, Brockton, Massachusetts.
